DEPOSIT
Checks, Money orders, or Cashier's Checks are accepted. Pay Pal accepted with 4% additional commission charge.
A deposit of 30% of your total rental fee is required to secure your dates. The balance is due 31 days prior to your arrival
date. An additional Security Deposit of $300.00 dollars will be required before occupancy. After inspection of the property,
that security deposit will be returned to you via US mail no later than a week after your last day in the house.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made 31 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund minus a $50 dollars cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 31 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless the home is re-booked for the
same period.
